Jerry Zygmuntowicz
Jerry Zygmuntowicz has extensive experience as an executive coach and organizational consultant, and serves as a thought partner and trusted advisor to executives in corporations and the public sector. Jerry has a proven track record helping executives develop as leaders, professionals transition their careers, and organizations navigate complex change. His clients value his business perspective, courageous approach, and developmental focus.
Jerry has twelve years experience in leadership positions at Hewlett Packard and Intel in consulting, leadership development, marketing, business development, strategic planning and supply chain. He also has over ten years experience in the energy, healthcare, public sector, petrochemical, construction, wood and paper, and food processing industries.
Jerry earned MBA and BS Engineering degrees from Cornell University. He has received professional certifications from NTL Institute in Organization Development, Newfield Network in Professional Coaching, and the Yarborough Group in Facilitation, and is active in professional organizations including the Organization Development Network, Society for Organizational Learning, American Society of Training and Development, and the Oregon Natural Step.
Jerry is also a Contributing Professor with Willamette University's MBA program, teaching interdisciplinary business and facilitating workshops in the executive development center.
